Hightowers Petroleum Co. built the HPC Fuel Rite app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Hightowers Petroleum Co. at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We collect the location data only after the user gives the required permissions to the app. The location data is only used in background when the user enables the notification feature in the app, this feature notifies our users about the nearby gas stations as the user drives/moves around with their devices. This data is fetched using the GPS and other sensors. We provide in-app disclosure before fetching of location data in the background is done only after the user permisses the app to do so. You can manage this by switching the get notification feature on/off.
